Description:
Legs in a straight line, right foot in front. Grip with two hands on the handle at chest level.
Straighten arms in front of you;
Turn body towards the slings, lean back, straighten arms;
Pull your torso up to the hinges, unfold your shoulders, straighten your arms in front of you.
Repeat the same on the other side.
Keep your abs tense by resisting the rotation throughout the movement.
