Description:

Feet shoulder width apart. Grip on right side, below shoulder level, elbows 90 degrees.
Take a step to the left, right foot in front, feet in one straight line, left arm in tension;
Move your pelvis to the side, arms outstretched.
Repeat the same on the other side.
Do the exercise slowly;
Focus on stretching the side muscles.
