Description:

Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Grip the handles at chest levels with the arms straight in front of you. Extend the arms out to the sides with palms facing outwards and lunge forward with your left leg. Hold in the extreme position for several seconds before returning to the starting position. Pay attention to the opening of chest muscles. Maintain tension on the suspension trainer.
