"Fitness with baby - 1" This workout is a unique opportunity to combine taking care of the child and playing sports. During this training, the baby is placed in special ergonomic carrying backpack that distributes its weight evenly and provides maximum comfort for both mother and baby. Exercises selected in such a way that the baby is either in an upright position until Mom performs the exercises in a standing position or in a horizontal position on the floor. The advantage of this workout is that despite the additional weight, the axial load is reduced to a minimum so the exercises are performed at an angle and using additional arm work, such as squats and lunges.
