This program is designed for those who spend most of their day sitting — at a computer, in a car, or in meetings. Prolonged static positions weaken the back extensor muscles, overload the neck and shoulders, and gradually develop a habit of slouching. The result is chronic tension, heaviness in the lower back, and a feeling that the body is not responding the way it should. The program is also suitable for those who already exercise but notice postural asymmetry or weakness in the shoulder blade area and lower back.
The main goal of the program is to progressively strengthen the deep stabilizing muscles of the spine, the scapular girdle muscles, and the glutes — all of which work together to keep the body in proper alignment. Unlike isolated machine exercises, FISIO functional suspension strap workouts engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously and train the body to work in a coordinated way — exactly as it needs to in everyday life.
With consistent training over time, this program helps build stable posture, reduce load on the intervertebral discs, ease chronic tension in the cervical and thoracic regions, and improve overall core muscle tone. Many participants report that after just a few weeks it becomes noticeably easier to keep their back straight without constant conscious effort.
