Feet hip-width apart. Grip at shoulder level with right hand, left hand at waist.
Bring your body slightly forward, bring your right leg back, supporting on the toe;
Do an extension, with the right hand, holding the right leg.
Repeat the same for the other arm.
Strong active plank, arm at shoulder level, bringing the hand towards the head.
