Description:

Rest on knees and palms, arms straight, palms together, feet in the straps under the anchor point.
Stand in a plank, toes up;
Extend your arm forward;
Hold this position for a few seconds and return to the starting position;
Repeat the same for the other arm.
Strong active plank. Perform the arm movement slowly.

This exercise combines a plank on straight arms and a dynamic change of hands in the process of holding the plank. Changing hands complicates the task of performing this exercise, stabilizer muscles are involved, coordination abilities are developed.

If you want to pump your abs muscles in a non-standard way and strengthen your core, then you can use this exercise in your workouts. Such a load cannot be compared with the usual twisting on the mat.
