Description:

Rest your knees and palms, arms straight, feet in the straps under the anchor point.
Stand in a plank, toes up;
Spread your pelvis to the right, bring your right arm up, open your rib cage, palm under your shoulder;
Right foot in front, feet in line.
Repeat the same on the other side.
Strong active plank.
