Benefits of exercise

A level 2 crunch on FISIO functional hinges is performed on straight arms.

Performing this exercise is aimed at strengthening the abdominal muscles. The position of the plank and the tightening of the knees to the abdomen connects the rectus abdominis, transverse and square muscles of the back to work. Strong abdominal muscles are necessary both in everyday life and in sports.

These muscles respond to the stabilization of the spine, restrain intra-abdominal pressure, support internal organs, control the position of the pelvis, perform a number of necessary movements such as bends and turns.
