Description:

Feet hip-width apart, slings at shoulders, grip at hip level, arms straight.
Do a half crouch, bringing arms up to shoulder level;
Do a Y slide.
At the extreme point, body in one straight line, elbows soft.

This exercise is aimed at developing the muscles of the chest, deltoids and abs. If the technique is followed, performing this exercise, the lumbar region is not overloaded, the muscles of the cortex are well worked out.

This is not a standard exercise for working out the muscles of the upper shoulder. By including it in the program, you will be able to activate new muscle groups, work out muscle stabilizers, thereby improving your training progress.
