Benefits of exercise

Exercise T slide 1 of the FISIO functional loops level.

Thanks to this exercise, you can work out the pectoral muscles qualitatively. By doing this exercise in loops, you do not limit the range of movements. The opening of the thoracic region at the peak point stretches the chest muscles well, and the reduction connects the muscle strength of the entire shoulder girdle.

Well-developed chest muscles improve posture, give the body an aesthetic appearance, and improve overall physical performance.
