Benefits of exercise

T slide 2 of the FISIO functional loops is performed at the maximum tilt angle. 

This powerful exercise will be appreciated by professional athletes.  Performing breast dilution in the plank position is not an easy task. In addition to the active work of the muscles of the upper shoulder girdle, the muscles of the cortex, hips, and buttocks are connected. The strength of the muscles of the whole body holds a static position at the bottom point. The stability of the shoulder and elbow joints is responsible for spreading the arms to the optimal amplitude.
