Benefits of exercise

A lunge with a level 1 rotation on FISIO functional loops.

This is a complicated version of the usual lunges when you perform them standing on the floor. This version of the exercise using functional loops requires more stability. The main target muscles here are the shin muscles, the quadriceps femoris and the gluteus maximus.

The main emphasis is on increasing the load on the supporting leg while the other leg is in the strap. This exercise perfectly develops leg strength, and also allows you to improve coordination of movements.
