Feet together. Slings under arms, grip at waist level.
Take a step back, feet together, resting on toes, body in a tilt;
Lift the hip of your right leg up to 90 degrees;
Step - lunge backwards on right leg, knee of left leg 90 degrees, resting on toes;
On the exit, do a jump forward on your supporting leg, right leg hip 90 degrees.
Repeat the same on the other leg.
