Left leg propped up, right leg out to the side, foot in the strap under the anchor point, arms along the torso.
Bring the right leg in, bringing the hip up to 90 degrees;
Arms bent at the elbows, left in front, arm movement opposite the legs;
Lunge on your supporting leg, bring your right leg to the side;
At the bottom point, do a tilt of the body with a twist to the left.
Repeat the same on the other leg.
