Benefits of exercise

The lunge to the side (foot in the sling) of the 3rd level on the functional hinges of the FISIO is performed with twisting of the body.

This is an excellent functional exercise that allows you to work not only the leg muscles, but also to give a good additional load to the oblique abdominal muscles. The main target muscle groups in this exercise are the muscles of the inner thigh, large and small gluteal muscles and muscles of the sacral region.

At the moment of twisting the body during the exercise, the muscles of the cortex are activated, ensuring balance and stability of the body. The gluteal muscles also experience a good load, ensuring a stable body position.
