Description:

Rest your right foot on your right foot, left foot in the strap, arms along your torso.
Do a push-up, holding the right leg;
Pull your right thigh up to your belly, resting on your foot;
Do a jump up on your supporting leg from a low point, with a clap over your head.
Repeat the same on the other leg.
Strong active plank, don't touch the floor with your body.
