Benefits of exercise

A lunge to the side (leg in a sling) of 4 levels on FISIO functional loops is performed in a jump.

This is a very intense functional exercise that involves many different muscle groups. This exercise allows you to work out the muscles of the legs, buttocks and abdominal muscles, as well as give a good cardio load while performing jumps.

By doing this exercise, you will achieve good coordination of movements, strengthen the muscles of the legs, lower leg and buttocks and be ready to perform more technically complex exercises.
