Left leg is supported, right leg moved to the side, foot in the strap shifted forward from the attachment point. Arms along the torso.
Lunge on your supporting leg, tilt your torso, bring your right foot to the side, foot under the anchor point;
Arms bent at the elbows, right in front, arm movement opposite the legs;
On the exit, do a jump out on your supporting leg, bring your right leg, hip at a 90 degree angle.
Repeat the same on the other leg.
Perform the movement with the strength of your supporting leg;
When jumping out, add amplitude in the arm movement, pushing the body upwards.
