Description:

Sitting, legs bent, feet on the floor, shoulder width apart. Upper grip with left hand in front of you, right hand straight, palm rest.
Lift your pelvis, knee angle 90 degrees;
Right hand to the waist;
Bring the torso to parallel with the floor;
Do a middle pull.
Repeat the same on the other arm.
Avoid a pelvic upward jerk, the emphasis is on bringing the shoulder blades together.
