Benefits of exercise

Y - level 3 reduction on FISIO functional hinges is performed with reduced support.

This exercise is aimed at working out the muscles of the chest, shoulders and developing coordination qualities. Performing this exercise with support on one leg, you will work out the abdominal muscles and strengthen the shoulders, since an unstable support requires special stability of the body and shoulder joint.
