Benefits of exercise

The 3-level backstroke on the FISIO functional loops is performed diagonally.

An excellent functional exercise that allows you to work out the buttocks, especially the large and medium gluteal muscles. By holding the functional loops with two hands, greater stability is provided when performing the exercise, and it is also possible to adjust the intensity level of the exercise and the degree of optimal load on the target muscle group.

The main task is to perform the exercise with the correct technique. Watch the position of your knees when you lunge. Incorrect technique can lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of training and increase the risk of injury.
