Description:
Legs together. Grip at waist level, elbows at 90 degrees, palms down.
Spread your arms apart without straightening your elbows. Step forward with your right foot, turn your toe, lift your left heel off the floor, bring your shoulder blades together, and straighten your chest;
Repeat the same on the other foot.
Pay attention to the movement of the shoulder blades and the stretching of the chest muscles;
Control the tension in the slings.
