Benefits of exercise

A - retraction (reverse grip) of the 1st level on the FISIO functional hinges is performed with additional support on the toe.

This exercise is aimed at working out the triceps and back muscles. Such a non-standard load on the triceps muscle can only be performed on hinges. As you know, the triceps is the area of the shoulder that is not very active in everyday life. Despite the fact that the triceps is involved in many movements, this load is not enough for it. A weak triceps does not stabilize the elbow joint, reduces the overall strength of the arms and contributes to swelling and flabbiness of the arms.

Performing this exercise does not require special preparation, anyone can do it. Therefore, you can easily strengthen the triceps muscle by performing at least a minimal load.
