Description:
Legs spread wide apart. Arms straight, grip below chest level.
Lean forward with straight back, looking to the floor;
Squat down on your right leg at a 90 degree angle in the knee, left leg straight, foot on the floor;
Repeat the same on the other leg.
Keep your back straight, don't lift your heels off the floor;
Control the tension of the slings.
