Description:

Standing, resting on left knee, right leg bent in front of you at 90 degrees. Arms straight, grip at chest level.
Straighten your left leg, resting on your toe;
Tilt your body towards your hip, arms out in front of you;
Hold the extreme position for a few seconds and return to the starting position.
Repeat the same on the other leg.

Benefits of exercise

This exercise will help to improve the flexibility of the biceps of the thigh, gluteus and iliac muscles. Also, by doing this exercise, you can improve the mobility of the hip and knee joints.
