Benefits of exercise

Y slide 2 of the FISIO functional loops is performed at the maximum tilt angle. 

Performing this exercise will require you to make maximum efforts, stabilize the entire body and control movements. Flexing the shoulder at the lower point will put a strain on the deltoid muscles. The position of the body in the bar will work out the abdominal muscles and strengthen the lumbar region.

Pay special attention to the technique of performing the exercise, control the amplitude of the movement of the arms, keep the body in a straight position.
