Benefits of exercise

M stretching on FISIO functional hinges

This exercise will improve the flexibility and mobility of the shoulder joint and pectoral muscles. For everyday life, it will help you perform any motor actions in the shoulder joint, improve the quality of posture, and reduce pain in the chest area.

For athletes, this exercise will also be useful for improving mobility in the shoulder joint, which will have a positive effect on exercise technique and reduce the risk of injury in the shoulder joints. Since flexible, elastic muscles are able to withstand heavy loads without disrupting the function of the joints.
