Description:

Bend the left arm and grip the handles at chest level. Keep the right arm parallel to the torso. Bring the feet to an offset position with the right foot at the front. Lift your right arm forward with the palm facing inwards. Extend the left arm and rotate the torso to the right, turning the head in the direction of the vacant arm. Hold the position. Repeat the exercise on the other side. During rotation ensure that your feet are firmly pressed into the floor.
