Benefits of exercise

Flexion of the forearm with a reverse grip of 2 levels on FISIO functional loops

Choose this exercise to improve the strength and shape of your arm muscles. The biceps is one of the favorite muscles of men who begin their training path, it is this muscle that is diligently pumped in gyms, devoting the most time to it from the entire training plan.

This exercise will help to diversify the training process, effectively work out the biceps, strengthen the grip and the ligamentous-muscular apparatus of the upper extremities.
