Benefits of exercise

Flexion of the forearm with one hand of the 1st level on the FISIO functional hinges is performed with additional support on the toe

This exercise will allow you to work out each hand separately. The advantage of this exercise is that the entire load is distributed only on one side, which allows you to work out the biceps more carefully. Strong biceps will help you progress in other exercises, such as pull-ups and various pulls.

A well-developed biceps muscle increases the overall strength of the arms and gives volume.
