Description:

Feet hip-width apart. Grip with left hand below chest, right hand at waist.
Raise left hand to head level with reverse grip, elArcher90 degrees;
Step forward, shoulder width apart;
Bend your body, straighten your arm;
Make a forearm bend with your left arm.
Repeat the same for the other arm.
Strong active plank. Keep straps tighten.
