Feet at pelvic width. Grip at waist level.
Step forward with left foot, lift and hold right foot in front of you;
Take your right arm out to the side, bring your left arm to your waist;
Tilt your body back, extend your arms;
Repeat the same on the other side.

Do not touch the floor with your right foot.

Benefits of exercise

The level 3 archer thrust on the FISIO functional hinges is performed with reduced support.

This exercise works out the muscles of the back, shoulders and arms, simultaneously including the stabilizer muscles of the entire body. A reduced fulcrum trains coordination qualities, dynamic movements develop the overall strength of the arms and back. To develop a harmonious body, it requires working out all muscle fibers equally. The developed muscles of the upper shoulder body are involved in many exercises, the weakness of some muscles can affect the poor development of other muscle groups.
