Description:

Feet hip-width apart. Grip at shoulder level with right hand, left hand at waist.
Step back with left foot, toe-in;
Step forward with your right foot, resting on your toes;
Do an extension, with your right hand.
Repeat the same with the other arm.
Strong active plank, arm at shoulder level, bring the hand to the head.

Benefits of exercise

The extension of the forearm (one arm) of the 1st level on the FISIO functional hinges is performed with additional support on the toe

This exercise is aimed at working out the triceps. Isolated work with a change of hands allows you to effectively work on each hand separately.

The triceps is responsible for the stability of the elbow joint, a strong triceps muscle will reduce the risk of injury and joint diseases.
