Benefits of exercise

The extension of the forearm from behind the level 1 head on the FISIO functional hinges is performed with additional support on the toe

This exercise is aimed at working out the triceps. The triceps is the muscle that is often called "problematic" in this area. With age, the skin becomes flabby, excessive fat deposits appear, and the hands look less attractive. To solve this problem, an integrated approach is needed, in which I use physical exercises to strengthen the triceps muscle of the shoulder.

By doing this exercise, you will be able to tighten and strengthen the area of the back surface of the shoulder, improve the flexibility and mobility of this muscle, and reduce swelling in the arm area.
