Description:

Feet hip-width apart. Grip at shoulder level with right hand, left hand at waist.
Take a small step back, pelvic width apart;
Take your right foot back, left toe, body in a bend, right arm up;
Extend your right arm without touching the floor with your right foot.
Repeat the same for the other arm.
Hold the plank flat, bringing your hand behind your head.
