Description:

Rest your knees and elbows, forearms horizontal to the body, palms on the floor, feet in the straps under the anchor point.
Stand in a plank, toes up;
Extend your arm forward;
Hold this position for a few seconds and return to the starting position;
Repeat the same for the other arm.
Strong active plank. Perform the arm movement slowly.
