Description:

Rest your knees and forearms, forearms together, palms on the floor, left foot in the strap under the anchor point.
Straighten left leg, lift right leg, toe out;
Spread your pelvis to the right, lift your right arm, open your rib cage, elbow your shoulder;
Hold your right leg out.
Repeat the same on the other side.
Strong active plank.
