Rest your knees and palms, right foot in the strap, arms straight.
Straighten right leg, lift left leg, palms under shoulder, toes facing out;
Do a circular crunch;
Repeat the same on the other side.

Benefits of exercise

The level 3 circular crunch exercise on FISIO functional loops is performed with one leg fixed.

Doing this exercise first of all requires good coordination and balance of the whole body. An unstable support with fixation of one leg connects the muscles of the hips and buttocks to maintain a straight position.  During twisting, it is also necessary to make additional efforts to maintain balance.
