Benefits of exercise

Level 1 squats (one arm) on FISIO functional loops are performed at an angle.

The active muscles involved in movement are the muscles of the anterior and posterior surfaces of the thigh, the muscles of the shin and the gluteus maximus. Holding the loops with one hand requires more stability and allows you to engage the muscles of the back and abs.

Performing this exercise will increase the strength and mass of the leg muscles.
