Benefits of exercise

Squats (wide foot position) of 3 levels on FISIO functional loops are performed with a deep squat.

This is an excellent basic multi-joint exercise to increase strength and leg mass. Holding the functional loops with two hands ensures good balance and allows you to keep your back straight during the entire exercise. 

The deep squat position makes it possible to stretch the quadriceps well and increase the amplitude of movement of the hip and knee joints. A wide leg position allows you to increase the degree of training effect on the adductor muscles and strengthen the muscles of the ankle joint. This is one of the best exercises to create great physical shape.
