Description:

Leaning on the right leg, left leg in the strap shifted forward from the attachment point, knee angle 90 degrees. Arms along the torso.
Bend your arms at the elbows;
Do a lunge, foot of the left leg under the anchor point, hand work opposite the legs.
Repeat the same on the other leg.
Keep your back straight, knee angle 90 degrees.
