Benefits of exercise

A level 1 backstroke on FISIO functional loops.

This is an effective exercise for training the lower body, especially the hips, buttocks and legs. Increasing the difficulty by holding the body weight with one hand can significantly increase the load on the target muscle groups. The anterior and posterior surfaces of the thigh, as well as the gluteal muscles, are very well worked out here.

This is an excellent coordination exercise that allows you to engage many muscles, ensuring body stability and balance, during the exercise.
