Benefits of exercise

The backstroke (one hand) of level 5 on the FISIO functional loops is performed diagonally without touching.

This is a highly effective exercise that actively stimulates the gluteal muscles, allowing them to achieve maximum stretching in the active phase of movement. This muscle group is responsible for a wide range of actions and performs all functions related to the movement of the lower body and maintaining balance.

Another very important factor in performing this exercise is training the ankle joint and improving its mobility. By holding onto the loop with one hand, you create a high level of difficulty that requires more muscle strength to maintain body stability.

Remember the importance of proper technique and safety when performing the exercise.
