Benefits of exercise
A lunge to the side (foot in a sling) of level 1 on FISIO functional hinges is performed with hands touching the floor.
This highly effective exercise is aimed at training the adductor muscles of the legs, as well as developing flexibility in the hip joint. By performing this exercise with touching the floor with your hands, you ensure yourself a smooth and controlled body position, as well as a comfortable range of motion, avoiding excessive tension.
This exercise will help strengthen the lower body, develop balance and flexibility.
