The 4-level quadroped on FISIO functional hinges is performed with a different movement of the arms and legs.

Since the support is minimal and there is simultaneous work of the arms, legs and body, which require coordination of movements. Maximum muscle balance will be required.  An exercise of this level is suitable for those who confidently perform isometric exercises on a stable solid surface.
