Description:

Standing on all fours, right foot in the strap, left foot on the floor.
Straighten the right leg, shorten the foot, lift the left leg above body level and hold it;
Turn your hand to the right, transfer your weight to your left hand, do a push-up;
Repeat the same on the other side.
Strong active plank.
