Description:

Feet shoulder width apart. Grip with right hand at waist level, left hand along the torso.
Lift your left arm, parallel to the slings, swing your chest inwards;
Tilt body back, straighten right arm, open chest;
Do a squat, arms in one straight line.
Repeat the same for the other arm.
The eyes are directed towards the mount.
