Benefits of exercise

The level 1 burpee on FISIO functional loops is performed without push-ups and jumping.

Burpee is a high-intensity exercise that requires a quick transition from a standing position to a prone position and back. Which helps to increase cardiovascular endurance. During the performance of the burpee, the biceps, triceps, abs, thigh and shin muscles are included in the work. Simultaneous work of several muscle groups helps to increase the metabolic rate, which can be useful for maintaining optimal body weight and overall health.

This version of the exercise is easier, it will help to work out the muscles of the core, improve coordination of movements, prepare the body for the next levels of difficulty.
