Benefits of exercise

The start of the sprinter (alternately) 3 levels on FISIO functional loops is performed with a hip lift in a jump.

Starting a sprinter on functional loops in a jump requires a quick start and a dash forward. This helps to develop leg strength and the ability to accelerate quickly, which is especially useful for athletes involved in sprints or other disciplines that require high speed.

Plyometric elements improve the synchronization and interaction of body muscles. This will be useful for athletes to perform complex movements in sports.

By training explosive power, you improve your endurance, which, in turn, will help you perform even more physical actions without fatigue.
