Benefits of exercise

The swimmer starts 2 levels alternately on the FISIO functional loops with a 90-degree squat.

This exercise requires the activation of a large number of muscles, including the muscles of the legs, especially the lower leg, buttocks, cortex and upper body. It helps to develop strength and flexibility in all these areas. Swinging your foot backwards puts extra stress on your buttocks. A squat with a larger amplitude allows you to add mobility in the hip and ankle joints. Working on joint mobility can improve the technique of performing many exercises. By holding the body while standing on the toe, you can develop coordination and stability of your body.
