Benefits of exercise

The extension of the forearm standing 2 levels on the FISIO functional hinges is performed with bent knees at right angles.

This exercise is aimed at strengthening the triceps. The triceps muscle of the shoulder is involved in such motor actions as push-ups, barbell presses, dumbbell presses and other functional exercises. Regular work on the back of the shoulder will increase the strength and volume of the arms. A strong triceps will help prevent injuries and pain in the elbow joints, improve the overall functionality and mobility of the arms.
